Refunds are honored for 48 hours after prepaid subscription plans (Annual or 6 month plans). After 48 hours from the time of purchase of prepaid subscription plans, purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, & cannot be converted to another available membership. 

All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. You must cancel your membership prior to next billing date to avoid recurring subscription purchases.

No, all nursing school content (Notes, Questions, Lectures, & Tutoring) is available on any device. However, to access the additionally offered VR simulations in your membership, you will need a Meta Quest 2 or 3 VR headset.
